You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes
- Ensure that all content you provide complies with applicable laws and third-party rights
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
You are solely responsible for any content, data, or materials you upload or manage through our Services.
5. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
- Upload or distribute malicious software, spam, or abusive content
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights

Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing content. Any license granted is limited, non-exclusive, and for the agreed purpose only.
7. Fees & Payments
- Fees are as agreed in written contracts or invoices
- All payments must be made within the stated due date
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Fees paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the Services, unless disclosure is required by law.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
We handle personal and business data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted online.
10. Third-Party Platforms
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., social media networks, APIs). We are not responsible for changes, downtime, policies, or actions of such third parties.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the Services in the preceding three (3) months
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Services immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
15. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
